Job Description
  • Liaise with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies and performance targets.
  • Identify new business leads and opportunities within the hospitality and events sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and group clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyse figures, and report performance metrics to management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns, pricing, and service quality.
  • Develop proposals for marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • 0‑1 year experience in sales, hospitality, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Minimum experience required (Years): 1
  • Minimum qualification: Level 8 (incl Higher Diploma & Honours Bachelor Degree)
