Job Description

CPM Ireland are currently hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of one of our largest client(s). The successful candidate will be reporting to the Regional Field Manager.

  • Manage a territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers and achieve and exceed agreed sale targets.
  • Journey planning to maximise efficiency within your assigned territory.
  • Telephone appointment setting.
  • Face to face selling to decision makers and completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer.
  • Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner.
  • Competent IT Skills to report daily activity in field. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced target driven role, ideally in the Business and/or Telecoms sector.
  • Track record of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environment.
  • Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Agility to multitask, specifically updating systems such as CRM/planner/Customer Application Forms in real-time whilst on calls with prospects to maximise talk time.
  • Good with Tech. It you love it, then that's a bonus!
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle.
