Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Burger King Manager to lead front-line operations at our Dublin-area locations. You will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure standards in food prep, cleanliness, and customer service, and drive sales.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, strong communication, and a can-do attitude. You will recruit, train, schedule, and support a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for development within Applegreen.

What will I be doing as a Burger King Manager at Applegreen?

• Oversee daily operations of Burger King, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
