Job summary

FST Technical Services is seeking an experienced Process Engineer – Bulk Gas to join our team in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, supporting large-scale semiconductor manufacturing projects.

The role focuses on bulk gas and specialty gas systems, acting as the technical focal point between clients, vendors, design teams and operations. The successful candidate will lead design reviews, review vendor deliverables, and support procurement, FAT, commissioning and handover, with emphasis on process safety and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in process engineering or vendor package management.
• Experience delivering complex industrial process or utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bulk gas and specialty gas vendor packages from design through commissioning and handover.
• Act as technical interface between vendors and project stakeholders.
• Review vendor deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, data sheets, layouts).
• Lead technical design reviews and resolve technical queries.
• Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls teams.
• Support procurement, FAT, and field commissioning.
