Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert (15 hours) for Arnotts Dublin. You will drive sales, perform brow services, and create exceptional customer experiences in-store.

Join a dynamic team and contribute to brand presence through events, promotions, and expert product demonstrations while maintaining counter standards and high hygiene. Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives loyalty.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals & Targets: consistently achieve individual retail sales goals and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Brow services: provide waxing, tinting and tweezing to ensure satisfaction and repeat appointments.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs for sales success.
• Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
• Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist counter manager.
• Maintain clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand image.
