The Works Stores Ltd is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant as a Keyholder to act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and helping customers find products they love. You’ll assist with merchandising, stock, and tills, while embodying The Works values.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and get involved to create a great customer experience.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service on the shop floor.
• Proactively approach customers and make product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Operate tills accurately and handle transactions.
• Support with deliveries and stockroom organisation.
• Open and close procedures as a Keyholder where applicable.
• Work across store areas to help meet KPIs and provide brand ambassador support.
