Working as part of our Box Office Team is rewarding, challenging and enjoyable. The Box Office provides the vital link between us and our audience. In this varied role you will get to experience different aspects of our operation and work in a creative and friendly environment.

Duties include:

  • Deal with all incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages and appropriate action.
  • Ensure the venue is clean and tidy.
  • Carry out administrative and light accounts work and keep marketing details up-to-date.
  • Handle cash from ticket sales.
  • Use computers effectively.
  • Flexibility and openness to learning and skill development are required.
