Qualifications

• Experience with legal duties as per Charities Regulator guidelines.
• Understanding of the Charities Governance Code.
• Capability to champion the ensemble’s work.

Responsibilities

• Attend six meetings per year including the AGM.
• Support fundraising efforts and enhance governance.
