Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Biotechnician for an initial 12-month contract in our life sciences division. You will work in a world-leading biopharma facility, contributing to cell culture, purification or support operations within Manufacturing.

You will monitor process performance using SPC, assist with commissioning and qualification activities, and prepare batch records and GMP documentation. A biotech degree and hands-on equipment operation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biotechnology or related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
• Candidate should be proficient in operation of laboratory equipment within the responsible area.

Responsibilities

• Performing, monitoring and troubleshooting of the cell culture, purification or support operations within Manufacturing.
• Monitoring and reporting of process performance using statistical process control.
• Support of Commissioning and Qualification activities.
• Preparation, updating and execution of Batch Records, SOPs and other GMP documentation.
• Provide process and equipment related training as required within the Manufacturing Department.
