Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline by July 2027.
Willingness to relocate to other Operations Sites.
Willingness to work weekends and shifts.

Responsibilities

Complete complex rotation assignments and tasks.
Dive into new topics, work areas and functions, ramp up knowledge quickly to contribute meaningfully, and meet expectations and milestones.
Demonstrate agility and flexibility while transitioning through 3 rotations.
Understand the wider business context and how your own work contributes to Amgen's strategies and goals.
Use data and insights to drive business performance.
