You will collaborate with Technical Services, QA, Automation, and Engineering to enable start-up, validation, and sustained production.

Qualifications

• Perform core production tasks in cell culture, media prep, purification, and equipment prep.
• Follow SOPs and batch records in a cGMP environment with precise documentation.
• Develop SME knowledge in one operational area and lead improvements.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot operational issues; interface with MCS.
• Mentor colleagues on SOPs, process execution, and equipment operation.
• Lead shift handovers and report to leadership, TS, and Eng.
• Investigate deviations and support change controls; use QTS.
• Drive lean initiatives and standard work; improve process stability.
• Commit to EHS, GMP, and productivity; promote high-performance culture.
• Be available for weekend and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform core production operations including cell culture, media preparation, purification, and buffer/equipment prep.
• Execute all tasks according to SOPs and batch records in a cGMP environment with precise documentation.
• Develop SME in one area and lead improvements within the shift team.
• Assist investigations of deviations and lead change controls when required.
• Mentor colleagues on SOPs and shift handovers; report to leadership and Eng/TS.
• Engage with Technical Services, QA, and Automation to resolve issues.
• Support facility start-up and validation; provide input on installation, start-up, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Lead lean and continuous improvement efforts; promote standard work.
• Uphold EHS/GMP/productivity and a high-performance culture.
• Coordinate shift patterns with business requirements (weekends included).
