Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Biology Masters - AI Data Trainer to design and evaluate biology-based benchmarks for AI models. This remote hourly contract lets you create problems, draft solutions, and assess AI reasoning with researchers worldwide.

Ideal candidates hold a biology Masters or equivalent, communicate clearly in writing, and can manage 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. No AI experience required.

Qualifications

• Masters (pursuing or completed) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong biology reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.
• No AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced biology questions to test AI performance.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logic.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics.
