Job summary

PE Global, on behalf of a leading biotech company in Dublin, seeks a Tech Transfer Lead for biologics drug substance. You will lead end‑to‑end technology transfer from development to GMP manufacturing, coordinating cross‑functional teams across Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Analytical, Supply Chain, MSAT, Regulatory, and CDMOs. 11‑month contract.

Experience in biologics, cGMP, and project leadership is essential; travel to partner sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bacheloregree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years in biologics process development, MSAT, manufacturing or tech transfer.
• Strong knowledge of drug substance manufacturing for biologics, upstream and downstream.
• Experience with cGMP, process validation and quality systems in a regulated biotech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross\-functional projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end technology transfer for biologics drug substance processes.
• Develop transfer strategies, project plans, timelines and risk assessments.
• Coordinate transfer documentation and governance meetings.
• Support scale\-up, characterization, comparability and validation activities.
• Ensure alignment with cGMP, quality and regulatory expectations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to receiving site teams.
