Job summary

elix sourcing solutions is seeking a BIM Technician to take ownership of a growing BIM function within a well-established manufacturer. You will develop and maintain high-quality BIM content and Revit MEP models as part of a digital engineering initiative.

Working in a hybrid setup (Permanent - Hybrid (4 Days On-site / 1 Day WFH)), you will collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to rollout BIM standards and support future product development.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' BIM experience.
• Knowledge of MEP building services.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 principles.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Revit MEP models.
• Develop BIM content and product libraries.
• Maintain BIM standards and documentation.
• Assist with ISO 19650 implementation.
