Job summary

AethelRa Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeler to join a dynamic project team in Dublin. The role focuses on producing accurate 2D drawings from BIM models and coordinating HVAC/piping and related systems with discipline teams.

You will manage BIM models, maintain records, run clash reports, and support the Project Manager to ensure on-time deliverables in line with ISO standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in space planning and design coordination.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Isometric drawings, LOD 350, Plant 3D is a plus.
• Strong planning and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• To manage and coordinate the production of quality shop drawings and BIM models in all projects assigned with minimal supervision.
• Produce 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy according to project/client standards and submission schedules.
• Maintain records of issued/received models/drawings, Clash Reports, RFIs, etc.
• Follow BIM Register and ISO standards and ensure drawings are completed on schedule.
• Develop technical plans, sections, and 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCAD and in-house software.
• Ensure content accuracy and presentation of shop drawings in coordination with other trades.
