BIM Manager Dublin

INFORM3 is recruiting for a BIM Manager for an established and well-known Contractor based in Dublin. Our client offers a professional and honest approach to construction and has delivered schemes across multiple sectors. and due to new work being won they are expanding their design management capability.

Responsibilities

• Taking full responsibility for the design coordination of projects developing the designs, producing workshop drawings, and managing the coordination between departments
• Ensuring technical excellence across projects and opportunities from pre-project through to detailed delivery
• Providing a focus for, and leading, the pre-construction phase design processes, liaising with the client and design team
• Auditing the designs and identifying inconsistencies, discrepancies and missing information as well as recording, reporting and tracking
• Managing the production and control of the design programme and reporting against it
• Reviewing the development of designs regularly alongside the stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned
• Managing the production and approval of samples, mock-ups and quality benchmarks

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience performing in a similar role within the construction sector
• Degree Certification in a relevant subject highly desirable
• Knowledgeable in current building regulations and H&S legislation
• A passion for design, a commitment to excellence and a focus on continuous improvement on both a personal and divisional level
• A high level of attention to detail and the ability to stay focused
• Excellent organisational skills able to prioritise your own work, deliver on time and delegate effectively
