Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our pre-construction team in Ireland, delivering BIM Level 2 across multi-disciplinary projects. You will review tender documents to identify Clients BIM and Digital requirements, and perform technical review of 3D BIM models for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics and cost management.

You will lead the DPD kick-off with the Information Manager, mentor BIM Engineers, and ensure the project team and external parties understand

Qualifications

• Experience on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2
• BIM documentation experience crucial
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Office
• Review tender documents to identify BIM and Digital requirements
• Proven ability to review 3D BIM models for federation, checks, clashes, logistics and cost management

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Supporting the pre construction team with the review of received tender documents (including Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify Clients BIM and Digital requirements.
• Providing technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics and cost management.
• Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and ensure internal project team and external parties are fully aware of their responsibilities.
• Lead the DPD kick off meeting (jointly with the Information Manager) with the project management team to review and finalise the DPD strategy.
• Support the BIM Engineers where required and mentor same as required.
• Proven experience of working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM level 2 requirements.
• BIM Documentation experience is crucial for this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office.
• Proven experience utilising Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects / Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion and other rendering software packages.
• Completed a third-level qualification in construction, computing or a related discipline.
