Job summary

Elusav Recruitment is seeking a BIM Lead to join a leading Irish contract company in Dublin. This hands-on role concentrates on mechanical and electrical services, with heavy involvement in 3D model development, multidisciplinary coordination, clash resolution, and drawings production.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in BIM roles within the construction sector.
Relevant 3rd level Engineering or BIM qualification.
Knowledge of routing mechanical or electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Provide project leadership and direction to the BIM team on designated projects.
Performance manage BIM personnel on designated projects - delegating and managing workloads.
Mentor and guide BIM project team.
Ensure workflows are in place and understood by the team.
Coordinate with design teams to secure timely sign-off of drawings.
Escalate issues when needed and report status.
Ensure BIM deliverables meet project schedules and requirements.
Interface with clients and attend design/site meetings.
Develop and implement BIM protocols and procedures.
Travel to sites in Ireland and abroad as required.
