Responsibilities

• Model Development: Create detailed 3D BIM models of mechanical systems using Autodesk tools.
• Co-ordination: Work with architects, structural engineers and project stakeholders to integrate systems.
• Clash Detection: Use Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes before construction.
• Documentation: Produce 2D drawings from BIM models and ensure constructability.
• BIM Standards & Compliance: Adhere to BEP and industry standards.
