Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) seeks a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support autonomous vehicle projects. The role requires active testing, real-time observation, and adherence to Bertha protocols, ensuring safety and data integrity across diverse routes and hours.

The operator will interact with ride-hailing passengers, log anomalies, and generate detailed reports for the engineering team. A Class C license and 21+ years are required, with AI-assisted screening noted in the selection

Qualifications

• Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing is required.
• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis.

• Provide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support our autonomous vehicle projects. The Bertha certification indicates a high level of competence in real-world vehicle testing, system awareness, and public interaction—critical for gathering meaningful data and maintaining a safe AV experience.
