Qualifications

• Entry level, semi-skilled and advanced positions available.
• Able to work to deadlines and on own initiative.
• Interested in future development and progression.

Responsibilities

• Work on a production line to cut, trim, skin and pack beef products.
• Separate edible portions from offal to customer specification on a fast-paced line.
• Maintain hygiene standards and clean materials for production.
• Cut meat products as per customer requirements and process carcasses.
• Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment.
