Qualifications

• Experience with Laser Hair Removal is desired but not required.
• Team player who works collaboratively and maintains high standards.
• Excellent client service and attention to detail during consultations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments in line with clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and set realistic expectations.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance client experience.
• Work towards sales targets while delivering great treatments.
• Keep client records up to date pre- and post-treatment.
• Maintain and clean all treatment equipment.

Requirements

• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines


• Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments


• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them


• Has the ability to work with sales targets


• Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment


• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required


• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)


• Team Player who works collaboratively


• A positive and friendly attitude with your clients


• Attention to detail when dealing with client's records


• Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience
