Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a part-time Beauty Expert for Brown Thomas Galway. You will combine artistry with product knowledge to empower customers and boost sales on the shop floor.

You should have NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy and prior sales experience in beauty or retail, with a passion for makeup and the Charlotte Tilbury brand. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment offering strong training and development.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty or retail environments is desirable.
• A passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and makeup application knowledge.
• Ability to adapt makeup artistry to different customers and needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert artistry and product knowledge on the shop floor.
• Deliver a world-class, accessible customer experience.
• Exceed KPI targets while maintaining high standards of grooming.
