Job summary

BELK in Ireland is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide personalized beauty consultations, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. You will support promotions, omnichannel sales, and store operations while maintaining brand standards across all areas.

The role requires flexible scheduling, a passion for makeup and skincare, and the ability to move and assist customers throughout the store. Training and product knowledge growth are encouraged.

• Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with and enjoy assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services.
• Associates must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, including any state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses, as required by applicable state and local regulatory boards.

• Assist with store fulfillment and asset protection in designated areas.
