Role - Beauty Advisor

Location - Dublin

Hours - 40 hours

Salary - starting from €12.20 per hour plus competitive commission structure

Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for Full‑Time Beauty Advisors to join our sparkling new Dublin team. You’ll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup and our award‑winning skincare. You’ll do this by combining a love of beauty with impressive product knowledge and a passion for helping people. You believe in the product being accessible to everyone, and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of who you’re talking to.

The Role

Your daily to‑dos might look like this:

• Greet all customers on the counter, offering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate support and guidance from introduction through to sale, delivering a customer‑first approach
• Recommend products by actively promoting and selling makeup and skincare products
• Meeting and exceeding your KPIs, including data capture targets
• Upsell and cross‑sell beauty and skincare items to maximise sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals
• Ensure the makeup section is well‑organised, clean, and visually appealing
• Following all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
• Confidently communicating with customers and team members, creating a welcoming and joyful store environment
