The Role

• Lead and inspire our bar team to deliver exceptional service.
• Create and serve a wide range of beverages, from craft cocktails to our curated wine list to local craft beers.
• Oversee bar operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
