Job summary

Cashel Palace Hotel in Cashel, County Tipperary, invites you to join our luxury Food & Beverage team as a Bartender. This full-time (and part-time options) role sits in a collection of bars, including Mikey Ryan’s Bar & Kitchen and The Guinness Bar, offering varied shifts in a momentous heritage setting.

You will work with the Food & Beverage Team to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience, maintain high service standards, engage with colleagues and guests positively, and participate in

• Work with the Food and Beverage Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience in the Cashel Palace Hotel.
• Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
• Work with and assist the Food & Beverage Team where necessary.
• Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
• Attend various trainings that will help to develop you in your career.

We have a range of open positions in Food & Beverage for Bartenders. Our Bars include: Mikey Ryan’s Bar & Kitchen, The Guinness Bar, Resident Cocktail Bar, Donoghue’s Bar and the Ballroom Bar.

This range of Bars offers many different options in terms of flexible working hours on a full time or part-time basis.
