Responsibilities

• Preparing & serving a variety of drinks in a timely manner in a busy and pressurised environment
• Taking Drinks orders
• Ensuring all customers food & beverage needs are met
• Greeting customers in a friendly fashion and welcoming them to the bar
• Checking I.D. to ensure consumers are of a legal age to consume alcohol
• Remembering cocktail recipes and making Cocktails
• Processing payments

Requirements

• Some previous food & beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Must have excellent communication and a good level of spoken English is required.
