Enniscorthy Café in Enniscorthy is seeking a full-time Barista to join our front of house team. You will prepare quality coffees, serve beverages, and help with food prep while delivering warm, attentive service.

Qualifications

Barista | Front of House

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working, reliable person to join our team on a full-time basis here in Enniscorthy. The candidates must be fully flexible, and available to work both weekdays and weekends.

Key duties of role;

• Prepare and serve exceptional quality coffees and other beverages
• Prepare, present and serve food to the highest standards at all times
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Take customer orders, operate the till and handle cash and card payments correctly
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness & hygiene, in an organised work space, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and presentable to our customers.
• Food prep is also included in this role.

Requirements for role;

We are looking for someone with the following;

• A passion for all things coffee.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Previous barista experience is desirable due to the nature of the role.
• Candidates should be fast learners, reliable and able to work well as part of a team while also being able to work on their own initiative independently.
• Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Good attention to detail in everything they do.
• Previous food safety training and awareness of HACCP systems is preferred.
• Be organised and maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Pay: From €14.15 per hour
