Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality organic coffee and other beverages to Pret standards.
• Delivering friendly and efficient customer service with every interaction.
• Maintaining excellent coffee quality, presentation and consistency.
• Supporting the team to ensure the shop is clean, organized and fully stocked.
• Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers and team members.
• Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours.
