The District is a new craft coffee shop built in a historic 1909 schoolhouse, and we’re excited to invite baristas to join our opening team! We’re more than a coffee shop — we’re people-focused and community-driven, creating a space where excellence, joy, and connection are at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and teas with consistency and care
  • Provide warm, genuine hospitality to every guest
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in guest areas
  • Support daily routines like restocking, dishwashing, and opening/closing checklists
  • Work as a team to create a welcoming, community-centered environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous coffee or customer service experience is great, but not required — we’ll provide training
  • Friendly, positive, and people-oriented attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to do hard things well
  • Reliability, flexibility, and readiness to work mornings, afternoons, and occasional Saturdays
  • Passion for coffee, craftsmanship, and community
