We are looking for full‑time Bar Staff to join our vibrant team at The Gleneagle Hotel and Gleneagle Arena!

You’ll have the exciting opportunity to work in the Arena and other venues — and even see some of your favourite artists up close!

You’ll be part of a professional team focused on delivering excellent service to our guests. Previous experience in bar and food service is preferred, but don’t worry — you’ll be paired with a trainer to help you learn our standards.

About The Role
Main Duties
  • Serve beverages to guests across a variety of bars.
  • Comply with all cash handling and stock security policies.
  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally.
  • Familiarise yourself with our food and drink offerings, including daily specials and local beverages, to assist guests with their choices.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Take accurate food orders and liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming bar environment.
  • Share your knowledge and enthusiasm about our beautiful local area with our guests.
Experience & Key Skills
  • Previous bar experience is essential; food service experience is an advantage.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • A strong team player who takes pride in contributing to team success.
