Job Description

Camden Street Taverns Limited is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar team at Huck's based at Camden Place Dublin 2. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
  • Handle scheduling, stock control, ordering, and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Support menu development, staff training, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Plan catering or bar services and supervise staff.
  • Decide on the range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided or discuss customers’ requirements for special occasions.
  • Verify that the quality of food, beverages and service meet requirements and that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Check that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limits.
