Key responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound phone calls and covering the phones when need be
• Owning the scheduling process for the clinics you will be in charge of:
  • Scheduling patients
  • Sending appointment reminders
  • Optimizing the appointments
  • Rescheduling patients when applicable
  • Managing the appointments activity trackers
  • Liaising with clinical staff when applicable
  • Managing referrals
  • Meeting scheduling targets
• Help with different shared email boxes
• Ensuring excellent customer service to our referring hospitals and practices
• Daily checks
• Basic reporting work
• Ad hoc administrative duties as required
