Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. is recruiting for a B1 Licensed Engineer to join Europe’s largest airline at Dublin Airport. The role operates on a fixed 4 on 4 off roster, with a 5-year background check if offered the position.

Duties include servicing, defect rectification, AOG support and mentoring of apprentices. Candidates must hold an unrestricted EASA B1 license, preferably with a Type rating on Boeing 737-7/8/9 Leap 1B, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted EASA B1 license.
• Type rating on Boeing 737-7/8/9 Leap 1B is highly desirable.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English are essential.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with AMOS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair Group fleets.
• Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery and support.
• Maintain a safe, compliant working environment and follow procedures.
• Supervise and mentor Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices.

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a B1 Licensed Engineers to join Europe’s Largest Airline at Dublin Airport.

This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.

The role will be based in our Dublin Airporrt hub, the 2nd largest base in the Ryanair Network and the receiving hub for all of our B737 8200 deliveries while working on a fantastic and fixed "4 on 4 off" roster pattern.

Should you be offered a position you will be required to undertake a 5 year background check which covers all employment, education and criminal record.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Routine Servicing and defect rectification of all Ryanair Group Fleets.
• Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery and support.
• Maintaining a safe and compliant working environmen, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations.
• Supervision, and mentoring of Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices,

Requirements

• Must hold an Unrestricted EASA B1 License.
• Type Rating on Boeing 737-7/8/9 Leap 1B is highly desirable.
• Previous Certification priveliges in a similar role.
• Be self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision.
• Excellent spoken & written English is essential.
• Flexible working in fast changing environment.
• Candidates with AMOS experience will be highly regarded.
