EPAM Systems is seeking a Cloud Engagement Lead to join our AWS practice in Dublin, Ireland, in a hybrid mode. You will own cloud engagements from discovery through delivery, act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, and ensure secure, well-architected solutions aligned to business outcomes.

You’ll drive pre-sales, expand EPAM’s AWS presence in Ireland, and integrate AI/GenAI into client solutions. This senior role requires leading engagements, guiding engineers, and contributing to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology experience with hands-on AWS
• Proven track record leading client-facing cloud engagements end-to-end
• Strong understanding of AWS architecture, services and enterprise adoption patterns
• Experience in pre-sales activities: opportunity shaping, estimation and proposals
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and technical teams

Responsabilités

• Lead AWS engagements from discovery to delivery and handover
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders and translate business challenges into AWS solutions
• Conduct pre-sales activities including shaping, estimation and proposals
• Grow client relationships and identify opportunities across the Irish market
• Incorporate AI/GenAI capabilities on AWS for client solutions
• Mentor engineers and contribute to reusable assets and knowledge sharing
