Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or law from an accredited college/university.
  • Licensed CPA/CA/CTA or similar

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct tax compliance across relevant jurisdictions ensuring accurate and timely filings and audit readiness.
  • Maintain and update global transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements, and compliance under OECD and local rules.
  • Contribute to tax governance through process improvements and tax technology initiatives.
  • Identify and assess international tax risks related to cross-border transactions and restructurings.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Treasury and external advisors to support tax considerations in business activities.
  • Lead and develop junior team members and manage complex engagement workstreams.
