Job summary

Sky Handling Partner Ltd in Shannon Airport is seeking a Ramp Agent for a part-time, temporary contract. You will help ensure on-time departures and safe handling of baggage, with a focus on service quality for airline clients.

The role requires a full driving license, 18+ years, Garda vetting, and strong English. Split shifts (approx. 5am–9am and 4pm–8pm) are possible, with 20–30 hours weekly and a rate of €16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving license category B with a clean record.
• Minimum age 18 years and eligible to work in the EU.
• Pass Garda vetting and 5-year security background checks.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Able to work split shifts including early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head Loader to ensure on-time departures.
• Perform duties per safety and security protocols.
• Ensure timely offloading of baggage to meet SLA.
• Safely load/unload baggage and Cargo/Mail from holds.
• Conduct visual inspections and report faults.
• Operate GSE: tugs, loaders and related equipment safely.
• Inform Head Loader of issues encountered during flights.
