Job summary

Abbott Diabetes Care Kilkenny is recruiting Manufacturing Technicians to keep automated production lines running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role offers opportunities for skill development and career progression within a modern, highly automated manufacturing site.

Qualifications

Level 6 qualification in a technical/engineering discipline.
Foundational mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
Experience with CMMS or data-driven maintenance systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems on automated lines.
Monitor machine performance, support OEE and yield targets.
Use data and CMMS to identify issues and drive improvements.
Train and support operators on production equipment.
