AIR Sligo is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to own the delivery and implementation of bespoke automated equipment projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Design, Controls, Debug and Workshop to bring complex automation solutions to life.

You will drive project milestones, manage timelines and budgets, and facilitate clear communication with customers and AIR Sligo management. A degree in Engineering or PM and a track record of delivering engineering projects are

Degree in Engineering/PM field.
Experience delivering complex engineering projects.
Proven ownership and delivery of commitments.
Self-starter with attention to detail in an engineering environment.
Problem solving track record and delivering complex projects.
Initiative and innovation capability.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects from initiation to customer support.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Controls, Debug, Workshop) to prioritise tasks.
Develop schedules for each delivery phase and drive roadmaps to completion.
Provide problem solving support to ensure quick resolutions of technical issues.
Escalate issues timely to meet deadlines and budgets.
