Job summary

You'll collaborate with engineering, quality and operations teams, receive structured training, and progress from Level A to Level B as you contribute to a growing site and build a rewarding

Qualifications

• Level 6 qualification in a technical/engineering discipline.
• Mechanical and/or electrical skillset.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong troubleshooting ability.
• Interest or experience in automation and manufacturing.
• Safety-first, quality-driven approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with CMMS or data-driven systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Monitor machine performance and support OEE and yield targets.
• Use data and CMMS systems to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities.
• Assist with equipment installation, validation, and upgrades.
• Train and support operators on production equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams.
• Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and compliance standards.
