Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking three skilled Automation Engineers to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage automated systems to enhance operational efficiency across projects.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop control strategies, integrate automation solutions, and ensure safety and reliability. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in automation-related field and has hands-on PLC/SCADA experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of automation software and PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Detail-oriented with good project management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop automated control systems, including PLC and SCADA configurations.
Implement and maintain automation solutions that meet project specifications and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure optimal performance of automated systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate automation solutions into larger engineering projects.
Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and user manuals.
Provide training and support to personnel on the use of automated systems and processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies in automation and make recommendations for improvements.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions regarding automation strategies and challenges.
