Job summary

Horizon Controls Group in Ireland seeks an experienced Automation CSV Engineer to validate and maintain automated control systems in a GMP environment. You will collaborate with automation, quality, IT and manufacturing teams to deliver inspection-ready systems.

Key focus is CSV activities, validation documentation (URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ), risk assessment, change control and regulatory audits (HPRA, FDA, EMA).

Qualifications

• Proven CSV engineer in pharma or life sciences
• Strong knowledge of GMP and data integrity
• Experience with DCS/PLC/SCADA validation
• Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead CSV activities for automation and control systems
• Develop and execute validation docs (URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11
• Support audits and regulatory inspections (HPRA, FDA, EMA)
• Collaborate with automation, quality, IT and vendor teams
