Job summary

National Vehicle Distribution in Ireland is seeking a qualified mechanic to join our team. You will perform complex mechanical repairs, stripping and rebuilding components to manufacturer standards, and apply lean principles to improve efficiency and quality.

You will work with ADAS calibration and 4-wheel alignment, follow SOPs, and ensure all repairs comply with safety specs while maintaining high workmanship across the workshop.

Qualifications

• Qualified Mechanic (A Must).
• Experience in automotive or similar technical environment.
• Self-motivated and able to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Carry out complex mechanical tasks including stripping and rebuilding for repair and component replacement to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults with precision, ensuring high workmanship.
• Apply lean techniques to improve efficiency in repair processes.
• Maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and quality of repairs.
• ADAS Calibration and 4 wheel alignment.
• Ensure repairs comply with vehicle manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
