Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Auto Mechanic or in a similar role in automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, components and repair methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams and automotive repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Execute repairs and maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and more.
• Conduct inspections on vehicles to ensure safety regulations and standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow and timely completion of services.
• Stay updated on latest automotive technology trends and repair techniques.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
