Job summary

Autism A Chara Disability Services advertises a flexible permanent part-time role as a Support Worker in Wicklow Town. The contract is 24 hours per week minimum with person-centred support responsibilities and development of individual plans.

Fluent English, excellent communication and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential, with QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification required. Driving licence is desirable; join a dedicated team across the Dublin and South East region.

Qualifications

• A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker role and philosophy around support to people with complex needs.
• Programme Planning and Person Centred Plans are required.
