Baker Tilly Ireland is seeking an Audit Junior for our graduate scheme in Dublin. You will work on audit and accounts preparation, supported by a mentor, with assignments across multiple client locations and travel as required. The Dublin Assessment Centre will be held on Tuesday 2 February 2027 as part of the process.

The programme offers hands-on experience, study support for a recognised qualification, and access to a global network through MHA and Baker Tilly International.

Qualifications

• Background in finance not required, but a passion for accountancy helps.
• Graduate programme designed to put academic knowledge into practice.
• Dublin Assessment Centre for this role on Tue 2 February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work on audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team.
• Collaborate with your mentor on audit planning memorandums.
• Perform analytical reviews and draft client letters.
• Prepare accounts and produce financial statements for clients.
• Study towards Professional Qualification (CAI).
