Job summary

MSD Ireland in Ballydine is seeking an Associate Specialist, Engineering to contribute to the development and scale-up of Drug Product projects, technology transfers and manufacturing support across API and Oral Solid Dose platforms.

Based in the CDS group of GPC, you will plan and conduct process development studies, support stability batches, participate in cross-functional risk assessments, and drive process improvements within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years relevant experience in Oral Solid Dosage or Spray Drying.
• Strong oral communication skills and proficient technical writing.
• Work independently and deliver tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, evaluate and interpret process development studies including scale-up and design space development.
• Lead cross-functional teams on Quality Risk Assessments and investigations.
• Support commercial supply activities and process documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Provide data analysis and technology evaluation in compliance with safety and GMP.
