Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an Associate Scientist to join the Biopharma Product Testing team in Dungarvan. The role involves performing routine and non-routine analyses, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement while adhering to GMP guidelines and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years GMP experience, HPLC exposure, and excellent documentation and communication skills, thriving both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of GMP experience.
• HPLC experience with exposure to biologics testing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete test records on time, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for quality and service improvement; contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards; ensure all activities are documented and traceable.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and prepare Exception reports.
• Gain proficiency in assigned tests/areas of testing; maintain training records.
• Provide training to colleagues in techniques/tests where competency is proven.
• Provide cover for colleagues as required.
• Participate in weekend rota, overtime, and On-Call/Call-out schedules.
