• Maintenir l’inventaire des KRIs, définir les propriétaires, les seuils et la fréquence de reporting, et enregistrer l’historique des versions et les approbations.
• Coordonner les activités du Risk Assurance Programme, suivre les evidences, les Findings et les mises à jour d’état.
• Préparer des informations de gestion précises et opportunes pour la direction et les comités risques, avec commentaires appropriés.

As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role. **Job Description:**The Associate - Risk Reporting and Oversight supports the delivery of Enterprise risk reporting, monitoring and oversight activities for TDGF. The role supports Risk Appetite reporting, Key Risk Indicator reporting and inventory maintenance, threshold and limit monitoring, and Risk Assurance Programme coordination, helping ensure that risk information is complete, accurate, timely and capable of supporting management oversight and escalation. **Specific Responsibilities:*** Monitor RAS Threshold and Limit reporting, Support the production, review and distribution of Risk Appetite reporting packs, including collation of inputs, quality checks, variance analysis and preparation of commentary for management review.* Support Key Risk Indicator reporting, including collection of data, analysis of metric movements, tracking of threshold breaches and preparation of clear reporting outputs.* Maintain the Key Risk Indicator inventory, including metric owners, definitions, thresholds, reporting frequency, data sources, status, version history and governance approval records.* Coordinate Risk Assurance Programme activities, including maintaining plans, tracking fieldwork status, supporting evidence requests, monitoring findings and preparing regular status updates.* Prepare accurate and timely management information for Risk leadership, committees and relevant stakeholders, ensuring data is clearly presented and supported by appropriate commentary.* Perform data quality checks across risk reporting inputs and follow up with data owners to resolve inconsistencies, gaps, late submissions or unclear explanations.* Maintain reporting calendars, action logs and governance artefacts to support timely delivery of recurring risk reporting and oversight activities.* Support continuous improvement of risk reporting processes, including simplification of templates, automation opportunities, clearer ownership and better documentation of reporting procedures.* Provide ongoing support as required to the TDGF Enterprise Risk Director, and the wider TDGF Enterprise Risk Function, in the performance of business-as-usual Enterprise Risk activities. **Risk Management Responsibilities:*** Responsible for supporting accurate, complete and timely risk reporting and for escalating data quality issues, RAS and KRI Limit/Threshold breaches, overdue actions and reporting gaps to management.* Responsible for maintaining effective documentation and evidence to support risk reporting, KRI inventory management, issue tracking, event reporting and Risk Assurance Programme coordination.* Responsible, along with all colleagues, to contribute in a positive way to TDGF's reputation and the management of Reputational Risk.
